- Stitch Structure: Flat, Pattern, Diagonal, Parallel, Condensed, Composite
- Recommended for: Large areas

- Start with a tent stitch, then make a stitch that goes across two canvas intersections, then make a tent stitch again. This will create a small square
- Next to this square we will make a new 2x2 square with tent stitches only, in total 4 tent stitches
- In a row you must alternate between the two squares, keeping in mind that the first square must have the only tent stitches square above, below, and on both sides and vice versa
